Resurrection Catholic School seniors Madison Bovastro and Noah McKinney were crowned Queen Victoria LXXXI and King Victor LXXXI at the 81st Annual RCS Carnival Ball on February 6th. Madison is the daughter of Maurice and Carla Bovastro and Noah is the son of John and Christine McKinney. Senior Phillip Lachaussee and junior Mirralee Klasky served as this year’s Grand Duchess and Duke. The theme of this year’s ball was, “Hail Rex! Mardi Gras in New Orleans”.
The Resurrection Catholic School Carnival Ball is the oldest continuing children’s ball on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and remains the school’s largest fundraiser. Students from PreK through 12th grade participate in this cherished tradition each year. Beyond providing vital financial support for RCS, the Carnival Ball creates lasting memories for students and families that will be treasured for years to come.
Congratulations to Madison and Noah, the High Court, and all of this year’s participants for making the 81st Annual Carnival Ball a tremendous success!
