Chosen as one of just 750 students nationwide from a highly competitive pool of more than 61,000 applicants, Will successfully navigated a rigorous, multi phase selection process that evaluates academic excellence, leadership ability, community involvement, and personal drive. This honor places him among the very best and brightest students in the country.
The Gates Scholarship covers the full cost of attendance including tuition, fees, room, board, books, and other expenses. In addition to this significant financial support, the program provides ongoing leadership development, mentoring, and access to an influential national network of scholars.
