Sydney Sudduth, RCS Class of 2023, has been named the 2022-2023 STAR Student for Resurrection Catholic School!
The STAR (Student Teacher Achievement Recognition) Program is sponsored by the Mississippi Economic Council’s M.B. Swayze Educational Foundation and recognizes students for academic excellence. Each year, the senior with the highest ACT score and an overall academic average of 93 or above is named STAR student.
The student is also asked to designate the teacher who has made the most significant impact to their scholastic achievement. Sydney has selected RCS Math teacher Debbie Jackson as her STAR teacher.
