RCS New Car Raffle Terms and Conditions:

– Drawing date(s) to be held within 7 days of selling all of the tickets for both raffles. Drawing time and location to be determined by RCS.
– The first 1000 tickets sold will be in the first raffle. The 2nd 1000 tickets sold will be in the second raffle. Each ticket is $100. Each winner can choose either the 2024 Hyundai Venue SEL SUV or the 2024 Hyundai Elantra SE (sedan) on each raffle. The second raffle, however, will have one replacement vehicle, same model, but possibly a different color.
– If all tickets for the raffles are not sold by July 1, 2025 then 25% of the proceeds collected will be raffled off for cash.
– Winners must have a valid driver’s license and insurance before taking the vehicle from the dealership. Each vehicle to be picked up from Jason Pilger Hyundai, Gautier, MS.
– The cost of the vehicle and the dealership fees for each vehicle will be paid for by RCS.
– The raffle winners will be responsible for the vehicle tag as well as any federal, state and local taxes owed.
– All net proceeds go to RCS!

– By purchasing a raffle ticket, the purchaser agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Resurrection Catholic School (RCS), Pascagoula, MS, all its employees and staff, The Catholic Diocese of Biloxi, and any and all people and/or companies who have assisted in any way with this raffle. The damages, if any, are limited to the cost paid by such plaintiff for such raffle ticket(s) he/she purchased.
– Any finance fee to purchase a raffle ticket to be paid for by purchaser.
– Any purchaser will be subject to MS law, with venue of Jackson County, MS.
– All of these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

– Up to 200 promotional tickets can be included in each drawing.
